What exactly do I get with Niche Site Special?
We will provide you with ready to go turnkey websites
every month. Just modify a file and it's ready to go. If your
more advanced further modification is possible. Our sites come
with the ability to manually install or to use one of our various
Auto-install systems.
What about the products?
We will be releasing info products under a variety
of licensing agreements. For the most part only Niche Site Special
members can sell them. Occasionally we will release something
and give all of you Private Label Rights. That means you can do
whatever you want with the product. Please note that Products
are not the focus of Nichesitespecial - turnkey websites are.
What about your Guarantee?
Our Guarantee states that you can cancel at any
time and keep what is in the members area. We do not issue refunds
once you have access to the members area. This is to protect
all of our members interests.
What do I need to be able to do to use the materials
you give me?
Well you are going to need to get a hosting account,
and learn to upload a website. There are plenty of tutorials and
even video showing you how. If you just can't figure it out, Ed
Charkow will personally walk you through things via MSN messenger
or Skype. Our sites also come with auto-install technology.
What about promotions, commissions, and payments?
Since we offer such a wide variety of products,
each one has different commission levels. Please see the members
area for specifics. However, we pay commission on anything you
sell via the site at at least 35 percent, and the products are
much higher (up to 90%).
Commissions are paid approximately every 30 days
via paypal or possibly checks.
Only paying members has access to the members area and all the

What about the legal information?
1.) Spam or U.C.E is not tolerated. It will result
in your membership or affiliate link being revoked. We will also
seek damages for our members and ourselves if any downtime occurs
as a result of your sending U.C.E .
